Job Description

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Troubleshoots and researches production issues.
* Verifies file totals prior to processing.
* Audits calculations after print processing.
* Performs file verifications to ensure correct number of items have been processed.
* Verifies necessary postage and inserts are included for outgoing mailings.
* Ships packages to clients via Courier, USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx and traces packages as needed.
* Tracks quality control issues in appropriate computer database(s).
* Maintains various records and files.
* Assists less-experienced peers on issues they are not able to resolve on their own.
* As needed, may train new associates.
* Performs administrative duties including filing and data entry.
* Other related duties assigned as needed.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Proficient in the use of basic office equipment and tools as well as applications specific to discipline
* Works well in an environment with firm deadlines; results oriented
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adjust schedules to meet deadlines
* Ability to work in an organized manner and communicate effectively verbally and in writing
* Team skills including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
* Requires ability to stand for lengthy periods of time and ability to lift up to 40 pounds
* Occasional lifting, standing, walking and bending in a production environment

FIS JOB LEVEL DESCRIPTION
Developing support level role. Applies basic skills and may develop advanced skills using tools and equipment appropriate for job or specialization. Duties and tasks are standardized. Resolves routine questions and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher levels. Works under close to moderate supervision and follows standard procedures and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks. Clerical type work including filing, mailing, etc. Consults with senior peers on non-complex processes to learn through experience. Typically requires less than two years quality control experience.
