Overview

The Oracle ERP Product Owner group is responsible for identifying, analyzing, designing, testing, and implementing system enhancements in support Supply Chain Business goals. Activities may include process analysis, system analysis, research of system leading practices, issue identification, solution development & recommendation, collaboration with Oracle and development teams, patch analysis, interface management, test script identification and execution.

Responsibilities:

Business Systems Analyst assigned within Supply Chain Management is responsible for leading functions associated with requirement identification, solution development, test management, interface management, patch management, and enhancement implementation for Supply Chain's Oracle ERP system in the areas of Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Requisitioning.

Duties include:

    Identify, analyze, design, and implement Oracle EBS system enhancements
  • Transform business requirements into technical solutions
  • Contribute to Oracle vision and roadmap to support business goals
  • Research and understand Oracle current and future technology, provide best practices to reduce total cost of ownership and meet business goals
  • Manage ERP system interfaces
  • Manage technical and functional Oracle Service Requests
  • Provide sound testing strategies that will improve system enhancement delivery processes
  • Develop and execute test scripts to ensure system enhancements works as designed
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in IT Systems or related technical field
  • 1 + years experience with Oracle EBS Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Planning, Receiving and Supply Quality Modules
  • Microsoft Office experience (Excel/Visio/PowerPoint)
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle patch processes
  • SQL knowledge/experience
  • Strong Oracle technical expertise is required
  • Demonstrated experience working in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and independent thinker
  • Internal candidates must outside of Casciano/Gabriel organizations

Preferred:

  • 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle ERP solutions
  • Experience capturing business requirements, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing solutions with Oracle ERP

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel
  • Desire to mentor team members
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic and team oriented environment
  • Ability to multitask and still stay focused on release priorities
