Join AIR as a Technical Assistance Associate with our Learning Supports program area, where we provide research and technical assistance to federal, state, and local clients, primarily focusing on the supports children need to be ready to learn in the K-12 education system. AIR's Technical Assistance Associate will support training and technical assistance (TTA) focused on various topics related to special education and multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS). The candidate will have technical assistance experience providing training, facilitation and coaching support to teachers, administrators, related service providers, and/or early childhood personnel. This position may include experience with developing and operating virtual training and communication through Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other platforms. Candidates hired for the position might working remotely or from one of AIR's office locations.
Candidates hired for the position may work remotely within the United States (U.S.) or from one of our U.S. office locations.This does not include U.S. territories.

AIR's Total Rewards Program, is designed to reward our staff competitively and motivate them to achieve our critical mission. This position offers an anticipated salary of $32.19. Salary offers are made based on internal equity within the institution and external equity with competitive markets. Please note this is the annual salary range for candidates that are based in the United States.
