About the role:
As a Platform Strategy Senior Director,you'll benefit from working with the new FIS Platform division focused on Embedded Finance, Payments and Banking.Workingas a member of the strategy teamyou'llbuild strong relationships with product and line of business leaders and conductstrategic discussionsabout how we deliver on our future investments.

About the team:
FIS Platform Strategy Group functions as an internal consulting group and works on a project basis to address topics at the top of senior management agendas. As Senior Director, you will have the opportunity to work on many projects, including developing growth strategies, assessing and planning new product and market entry and strategic business deep dives. Out focused team is composed of experienced hires from top strategy consulting firms, corporate strategy teams and FinTech companies.

What you will be doing?

In this role you will be responsible for driving strategy for FIS Platform division.

  • Act as thought leader on the strategy and execution; maintain keen awareness of industry landscape and directly inform FIS go-to-market efforts and product strategy including embedded finance, commercial payments and fraud

  • Articulate FIS product vision clearly and concisely translating complex concepts into easily accessible and understood content and visualizations

  • Support creation of CEO-level executive communications for events like Board presentations or Operating Committee Strategy offsites

  • Develop "trusted advisor" relationships with multiple senior stakeholders

  • Broaden network and capabilities in an environment of active coaching and mentorship, in order to advance to other roles within the company if desired

What you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience at a top-tier management / strategy consulting firm or in an internal corporate strategy / transformation function, with proven analytical skills. Experience in financial services is preferred

  • Previous experience and proven success with operating model design and / or business strategy with a strong interest in design thinking, digital transformation, and tech innovation

  • Strong communication, research, presentation and creative skills

  • Highly self-motivated with ability to remain composed under pressure and excel amid ambiguity

  • Full knowledge of MS Office required including Excel, PowerPoint, Word

  • Bachelor's degree from top-tier program required

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $185,390.00 - $311,460.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
