The RoleThis role will lead the strategy, analysis, and implementation of the CRM solution within global operations to increase sales productivity and reduce renewal attrition.

Working with the VP Global Operations, IT, regional operations, and the sales organization you will define not only the vision over the next 2 years, but the detailed roadmap and shorter-term portfolio goals.

Objectives will be focused on scaling the organization, improving productivity, and streamlining and standardizing processes and reporting.

Reporting and dashboards will be via Salesforce Tableau CRM and PowerBI. You will also gather requirements from marketing, CS&T and other functions to design the portfolio changes.

Implementation of portfolio changes will be coordinated with a CRM analyst and the IT organization.

Your Impact
  • Define, drive, and enable scalable, simple and efficient sales processes to help sales sell smarter, faster and larger deals.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Business requirements; Use cases; User stories; Screen and interface designs; Reporting & data requirements.
  • Analyze and document current and future state of business system deliverable.
  • Serve as a conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team
  • Enter requirements and contribute to testing requirements framework. (scope, validation, planning, scripts, execution)
  • Develop and build relationships with internal and external customers to resolve problems; display commitment to achieving team goals by exhibiting adaptability and reliability.
  • Perform complex ad hoc analysis as required in support of Sales Organization.
  • Manage a team of Sales Systems Analysts

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior management experience. (or team lead)
  • 10-15 years of industry, software experience.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com.
  • Experience in setting the CRM strategy as well as implementation.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial metrics.
  • Experience working in complex cross functional teams. (Business and IT)
  • Experience with managing sales territories and hierarchies.
  • Deep understanding of Quote to Cash and Lead to Opportunity business processes.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize sales requests.
  • Experience with managing and communicating system release cycles to sales organization.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are imperative.
  • Project management experience. (no certification required but a plus)
  • Organizational skills and change management for working with large quantities of data.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results and adapt to changing business requirements; ability to plan, organize and manage multiple priorities.
