HRIS Intern - Grafton, WI

If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others, our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. Kapco Inc. is looking for an HRIS Intern on 1st shift at our Grafton, WI location.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of UKG Pro Learning Module, including user account management, course catalog maintenance, and system configuration
  • Support the creation, upload, and organization of learning materials and training resources within the UKG Pro Learning platform
  • Provide assistance to managers and employees regarding course enrollment, navigation of the learning platform, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to the HRIS system, including user guides, process manuals, and policies
  • Collaborate with HR management on special projects, such as data analysis, process improvements, or research on emerging HRIS technologies

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree within the HR or Business Administration field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
  • Experience with HRIS systems preferred
